Cancellation/rebooking by telephone is not possible

After the rebooking, you will receive the new ticket(s) sent to your email address.
After a cancellation (up to 72 hours before the event takes place) you will be refunded the ticket price immediately.

Note: The ticket price will be refunded to the account from which it was paid!

Who can cancel the appointment? The person ordering the ticket (order number) and the ticket owner (ticket number)
